Delivery

Standard delivery is £3.95 per order (not per item), with free delivery on non-subscription orders over £35.

My delivery aim is to post all craft kits within 3 working days. Subscriptions purchased after the 19th of the month will be posted within the first week of the next month. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 48, and should arrive within 3 working days.

Express shipping is also available for £5.95 (this option can be selected at checkout). Express parcels are posted within 24 hours (on working days) by Royal Mail 24 and should arrive the following day.

Collections from Batheaston (on the edge of Bath) are available for free. Again, this option can be selected at checkout. If you choose this option I will contact you by email to arrange a suitable collection time.

EUROPE

Delivery cost: £8.60 per order

Parcels to Europe are sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery and are not tracked.

Please note that parcels sent to EU countries may be subject to customs and VAT charges upon delivery. This is completely out of my hands and not something I can compensate for. If you place an order to an EU country, you accept that you may have to pay these charges.
