If you're getting a bit stuck with making your word, take a look at my troubleshooting video which has solutions for the most common problems.
Please note: in my experience, the knitting mill can take a few uses to loosen up and work well. If it doesn't work straight away, keep trying and it should improve!

Printable word templates
I've created a wide range of templates for you to make words from! (I might have got a bit carried away 😂)
Click on the word you'd like to use to download the file, then print it at A4 size and use it to create your wire word.

Design your own word
Whilst the templates above cover a lot of words you could make, I'm sure there are other words you'd like to do as well! Names, for example, which make a lovely gift.
To make your own word using my letters, download the alphabet and guidelines by clicking on the button below. Print off one or more of the guidelines sheets (you can tape them together if your word doesn't fit on one sheet) plus the alphabet pages with the letters that you need. Place the first letter under your guidelines sheet so that the middle portion of the letter fits into the 'main letter body' section and trace. Now place your second letter under the guidelines sheet and trace. You might need to adjust the beginning and end lines of each letter so they join. Continue until you have finished your word.
Alternatively, you can draw your own letters freehand on the guidelines sheet, using the lines to keep the size consistent.
